Recruitment Officer - Full-time, Permanent

EUR2,200 - EUR2,600 gross/month (depending on profile)

Minimum 3 years (including internships/work-study), ideally in a recruitment or temp agency

What You'll Do

Source and recruit English-speaking teachers, interns, and apprentices Run creative recruitment campaigns (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) Recruit internal staff (trainers, sales, support roles) Organize onboarding for new teachers arriving in France (housing, admin support, integration) Manage HR files (contracts, compliance, reporting) Work closely with training, pedagogy, and admin teams

What We're Looking For

Degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house) Strong sourcing/headhunting skills, multi-channel recruitment experience Fluent in French & English (daily use) Organized, autonomous, and proactive Bonus: experience in education or multicultural environments
