24,000 - 30,000 + OTE

About the Role




We are looking for a dynamic and engaging

Recruitment Officer

to join our team, working across multiple sites in

Telford, Walsall, Wednesbury, Brierley Hill, and Wolverhampton

. In this role, you'll play a vital part in recruiting students onto our training programmes, ensuring they receive the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:



Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thrive Ensuring our training centres meet their student recruitment targets

What We're Looking For:




We're seeking someone who is:

Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills Motivated and goal-driven with experience in sales, outreach, or marketing Organised and proactive with strong time-management skills Able to build rapport with young people and guide them on their career journey Familiar with using social media platforms to promote services and engage potential students Able to travel between multiple sites as required (mileage paid)

Qualifications & Experience:



Essential:



Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable:



CEIAG Level 3/4 qualification Experience working in education/training Experience working with 16-18-year-olds
