About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Recruitment Partner

to lead and manage our end-to-end recruitment operations. This pivotal role is key to ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across the College.

As part of the HR team, you will:

Lead the College's recruitment service, providing expert advice and hands-on delivery. Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective and inclusive recruitment campaigns. Oversee job advertising, screening, interview planning, onboarding and compliance. Ensure safer recruitment practices and that all recruitment activity aligns with relevant policies and legislation. Deliver recruitment training to managers, promote best practice, and monitor recruitment metrics. Champion equality, diversity, safeguarding, and continuous improvement across all recruitment activity. Innovate and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates and support our talent and succession planning goals.
