Due to continued growth, we're on the lookout for a GTM Recruiter to join the team. You will demonstrate your creative searching skills to track down the very best tech talent in Europe and the US.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful

Recruitment Partner

to help us find and engage top-tier GTM talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines for high-growth startups, often hiring for critical roles such as Account Execs, Account Managers, Solutions Engineers etc.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for multiple roles at once Craft compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest and fit Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve your approach based on data Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging tech talent hubs

Requirements

2+ years of sourcing experience (ideally in-house) Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms Comfortable working across different time zones and multiple reqs Excellent communication skills--written and verbal Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive

Nice to Have

Experience sourcing for GTM talent for early-stage startups and tech businesses Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever)
