Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Life Sciences Sector
Location: Brighton
Salary: 26,000 basic + Commission

The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates for a variety of roles within the life sciences sector. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates using a variety of methods
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to match candidates with suitable roles
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

• Hybrid Working: 5 days a week in our Brighton office during training, moving to 3 days from home post-probation
