We are searching for a creative, passionate and driven Recruitment Resourcer to play a vital role in expanding our capacity for recruitment whilst helping us attract top talent as Talbots Law continues to grow and thrive.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Administrator, ideally in the legal sector. You will thrive in a busy environment and have natural desire to build relationships while developing a long term career in recruitment.

What the job involves:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be a key part of the HR Team, helping us bring great people into the business. You will:
Be the friendly face (and voice) of Talbots recruitment - from first contact to offer stage
Manage job adverts across websites, job boards, and social media
Screen candidates, arrange interviews, and support Recruitment Executives and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Help streamline onboarding and compliance checks
Create and update job descriptions and benchmark roles against the market
Keep our recruitment database accurate and up to date
What you need:
At least 12 months' experience as a recruitment Resourcer / Administrator
Effective customer service skills - friendly, professional, and approachable
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A proactive, can-do attitude - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Confidence using job boards and social media for sourcing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for people, careers, and creating a great candidate experience
