Job Purpose:




To lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for care staff across multiple branches. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and pre-screening candidates, progressing them through conditional offer and compliance stages, and supporting them up to onboarding. The successful candidate will also represent the company at recruitment events and develop local and digital candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:



Source and pre-screen suitable candidates for care roles Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms Manage job postings across 4 branch locations (to include extra post codes - 23 in total) and 3 role types (FT, PT, Eves/Weekends) Maintain up-to-date and engaging job adverts Attend job fairs, recruitment events, university and college visits to promote opportunities Send out conditional offer letters and contract information Request, collect, and chase employment references Process DBS checks and Right to Work documentation Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment journey until onboarding Collaborate with operations and branch teams to understand recruitment needs Recommend and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates Maintain accurate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Support occasional leaflet drops or local campaigns where agreed###

Required Criteria



Experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or HR support role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Confident using digital tools and social media for sourcing candidates Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and compliance Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Desired Criteria



Experience in the health or social care sector Knowledge of DBS and Right to Work checks Familiarity with ATS platforms Experience attending or organising recruitment events Ability to work independently and remotely where required
