Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various positions within the organisation.
Duties
Maintain an availability of candidates reflecting current client needs on both a reactive and scheduled recruitment strategy Utilise various platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Liaising with consultants identifying skill sets required. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Assist in lead generation activities
Experience
Previous experience desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Able to work to tight deadlines in a fats paced environment Flexible team player with a "can do " mind set
Based : Newton Abbot
Hours : Part time flexible
Salary Pro rata dependant on hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 22,000.00-23,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
