Recruitment Sales Consultant

to join our HO team and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Generate new leads and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets. Negotiate terms of business and contracts with prospective clients. Collaborate with resourcing and delivery teams to ensure successful placement of candidates. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions on the CRM system.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in

. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a competitive edge. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
