Outgoing, confident and reliable Sales Executive wanted for THH Recruitment. (The Hiring Heroes).

Are you an Industrial Recruitment Consultant with a couple of years' experience under your belt? Do you want to transition to a client facing, sales focused role rather than the onsite staff management role you might currently be in?

This job might be perfect for you; we are a recruitment agency based in Wakefield who are owner managed looking for someone to join us in helping grow the business.

We aren't corporate, we aren't flash we just want someone to come in and grow with us, after nearly 7 very successful years in business and securing an established client base we need someone to come in and shine.

What we are offering:-

Flexible working, The advertised salary would be for our standard office hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, but we're happy to work with someone looking for 3 or 4 days per week, fully office OR hybrid based, (part time working would be subject to a pro rata salary) No strict/stringent targets like you may of experience in other "high street" agencies, We want to work with you and be realistic about goals. Gym Membership within walking distance of our office. Very generous commission structure (no having to do X number of sales before commission!) The role :-

THIS IS A COLD DESK ROLE

, Please be comfortable with chasing new sales, managing your own leads and being outgoing with phone calls, emails and site visits. Championing our name and brand to the best of your ability. Ideal for someone with contacts in the Industrial Recruitment industry, you must have experience in a similar role. Experience in dealing with Warehouses, Factories and Production sites
