Description Our market leading and valued client who is known for their commitment to excellence and innovation in the professional services sector is currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

This opportunity is a permanent and full-time role offering hybrid work, flexibility, enhanced benefits and a salary of \xc2\xa330,000 - \xc2\xa333,000. Even better, our client has several offices across the UK and welcomes applications from Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham Manchester and more!

In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

As the Recruitment Specialist, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from initial approval to job offer, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
  • Utilise a variety of recruitment tools to identify, engage, and attract candidates.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage applications through the company\'s recruitment platform, reviewing, pre-screening, and sharing candidates with relevant team members.
  • Coordinate interviews across various practice groups, including providing interview questions and structuring when necessary.
  • Attend interviews when required, offering support, taking notes, and providing feedback.
  • Gather detailed feedback from Hiring Managers post-interview to deliver to candidates.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the submission of offer details to the HR team.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events and expenses.
  • Update the internal talent pool with potential candidates for future roles.
  • Manage all recruitment administration tasks, including updating internal trackers and databases to identify recruitment trends.
To excel in this role, you should:
  • Possess recruitment experience, gained from either an in-house role or a recruitment agency.
  • Demonstrate expertise in attracting top talent, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Have strong relationship-building skills, adapting your approach when interacting with hiring managers, candidates, and agencies.
  • Be articulate and credible at all levels, with excellent influencing skills.
  • Exhibit a proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to use sound judgment and flexibility to provide exceptional service.
  • Possess outstanding organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
  • Approach work with enthusiasm, positivity, and a proactive mindset.
