Who are we after?
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist / HR Support specialist who is a pro-active, reliable individual with a can-do collaborative mentality to join our dynamic team at the UK's most trusted car leasing company. What will you do?
Direct Recruitment and management of all the Recruitment life-cycle - including job advertising, CV searching, managing candidates, including screening and telephone interviews
Ensuring that candidates are an excellent match for our vacancies
Coordinating the interview process and candidates' feedback and updating the relevant systems
Organising recruitment events as required i.e. recruitment/assessment days
Managing the background checks for the new starters - relating with our background partner for a complete and smooth process
Managing the new starter's processes - offers, contracts, welcoming the new starters, certifying the right to work, etc
Keeping associated systems and reports up to date
Providing reports and management information to management
There will also be an opportunity to provide some ad-hoc support to the HR Team.
What skills do you need?
Direct Recruitment - Experience from an Agency or as an Internal Recruiter
Woking knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Good knowledge of HRIS systems, i.e. PeopleHR/Access
Strong administration skills
It would be beneficial to have general HR knowledge along
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Managing and building strong relationships with all stakeholders
