We are excited to introduce a new to business role - Recruitment Systems Specialist (referred to internally as 'Recruitment Systems Operations Partner'), we are looking for a tech-savvy champion to take charge of the transformation in how we attract and hire talent! During this 12-month Fixed Term Contract reporting directly into our Lead Recruitment Marketing Manager you will be supporting the adoption, integration and continuous improvement of our recruitment technologies. From managing change and supplier partnerships to leading technical rollouts, you'll support both our Retail and Corporate Teams in hiring top quality talent, that sets us apart!

What You'll Be Doing...
Optimisation and maintenance of our ATS System - Harri.
Ensuing that Employer branding is consistent across all platforms.
Delivering upskilling session to ensure optimal usage of our recruitment system.
Partnering with key stakeholders to align recruitment systems with the evolving business needs.
Act as a key point of contact for Harri related queries.
Support Harri adoption and embedding through targeted action plans based on user feedback.
Support from a recruitment technology position on upcoming projects, including our new HRIS system.
Monitor recruitment technology tends and propose system improvements.
Manager supplier relationships to ensure alignment with strategic Recruitment goals.
Accurately track and report on recruitment technology KPIs, highlights successes, issues and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring...
Prior experience working in a recruitment or technology environment.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly around system setup, data integrity, and branding.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, marketing, and third-party vendors.
Confident leading training sessions and communicating technical changes to non-technical audiences.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to understand and improve end-to-end workflows.
Hands-on experience using Harri ATS and Sourcewhale is highly desirable.
Experience contributing to systems integration projects is a strong advantage desirable.
Full UK driving license
