AHP RECRUITERS AND SENIORS - JUMP ON THIS!!!

We currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant/Lead to grow and lead our AHP division based in our London offices

Duties of the role

Build and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants focused on the recruitment and placement AHP professionals within the UK Driving sales and margin growth within your specialist area Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and delivering exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process Working closely with the team to increase candidate attraction as well as working with your team to establish a strong candidate pipeline Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allied health professions (AHP) sector Deal with client/ candidate queries and take ownership to follow up and ensure they are dealt with efficiently

The Person we are looking for:

At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within an agency setting Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within AHP as well as the necessary registrations and validations. The ability to demonstrate a track record of the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team A proven track record of success in an AHP Agency recruitment role Career driven and hardworking with a positive 'can do' attitude Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence others and a professional outlook and approach Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per year
