A bit about the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment & Training Assistant to support our Recruitment Manager in growing our incredible Brand Ambassador team.
This is a varied and impactful role, no two weeks are the same! You'll get hands-on experience supporting interviews, running training days, checking in with new starters at events, and helping ensure our recruitment processes run smoothly.

Important:
To be considered for this role, you'll need to be available up to 3 days per week (including occasional weekends), travel to our London office and events across the South of England, work independently when required, and ideally have previous Brand Ambassador experience, though this isn't essential.
Responsibilities
Assist with candidate screening and interviews
Help organise and deliver engaging onboarding & training days
Maintain accurate recruitment data (Google Sheets & Excel)
Provide feedback to management on new starter progress
Travel to events to support training and observe team performance
Be a positive, energetic presence for new recruits
Ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently
A bit about you
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Sheets & Excel
Confident note-taker and communicator
Target-driven and motivated to help hit recruitment goals
Energetic, enthusiastic, and infectious in your approach
Happy to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Confident enough to support training at events
Flexible to travel within the South of England (driver's licence preferred)

Non-negotiable: Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role, happy to travel to events, and available up to 3 days per week
