Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment & Training Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the recruitment process from end to end, training compliance and delivery, as well as overall office administration duties as and when required.
This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and demonstrable experience of recruitment administration including application form compliance checking, referencing, background vetting, and conducting right to work checks. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational growth and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently which in turn ensures the team as a whole succeeds.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, screening, interview scheduling, ID document & Right To Work checks through to job offer and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team managers to understand staffing requirements and act accordingly
Engage with prospective candidates via social media management tools and professional networks to promote current vacancies and organisational culture.
Coordinate with external agencies or job boards as necessary
Proactively seek and attend recruitment and networking events in order to widen the staff team
Overall general administration duties as part of the wider office administration team
Electronic filing of all recruitment paperwork ensuring CQC , Local Authority, and Home Office compliance requirements are met
Conducting and / or attending interviews, ensuring interview notes and selection criteria markings are recorded accurately
Coordination of training across the staff team including monitoring of due dates and scheduling of new training accordingly, ensuring deadlines are strictly adhered to.
Sourcing and scheduling of specialist training as and when required
Delivery of in-house induction training including internal systems, Safeguarding, Medication Administration (Train the Trainer will be provided)
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment administration including due diligence and background vetting -
this is essential
Experience of conducting Right To Work checks and ensuring all documentation is compliant with Home Office requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals
Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive 'can do' attitude
A flexible approach to working hours, as there may occasionally be the need to work outside of conventional office hours

Three satisfactory references, one of which MUST be from your current or most recent employer
Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
A fully trackable employment / study history dating back to leaving full time education
This is a full time, Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 position. Flexibility outside fo these hours may, on occasion, be necessary (e.g. to accommodate interviews) however this will be in agreement, in advance.
