Senior Data Development Analyst

to join us on an exciting new engagement. If you're passionate about data, comfortable in senior stakeholder environments, and skilled in making technical complexity simple - we want to hear from you.

Why Ten10?

At Ten10, we don't just solve problems - we enable lasting solutions. When you join us, even on contract, you'll experience:

High-Impact Projects

: Work with household-name clients on initiatives that truly move the needle.

Tech-Focused Culture

: We're proud to champion innovation and collaboration across everything from cloud data platforms to cutting-edge automation.

A Human Approach

: We support people, not just projects - whether that's through transparent communication, flexible working, or expert peer networks.

About the Role

This is a senior-facing, data-centric analyst role. You'll play a crucial part in translating business needs into effective data models, analysis, and documentation, acting as the bridge between Data Science, Engineering, and Actuarial teams.

You won't be expected to write code, but you should be confident interpreting it and engaging across technical and non-technical conversations.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with senior stakeholders to gather, refine, and document functional and technical data requirements. Analyse existing code in Python, R, and SQL to understand outputs and validate data logic. Design logical data models to support data ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Produce clear, robust technical documentation - including API specs and data flow diagrams. Deliver insights using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other visualisation tools.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Technical Skills

Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data technologies. Strong command of Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and reporting. Basic programming knowledge in R, Python, and SQL (for interpreting code, not building). Experience designing logical data models and drafting technical documentation.

Soft Skills

Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Critical thinker with a sharp eye for detail and data integrity. Business-aware mindset - aligning insights to broader goals. Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Interested?

This is your chance to play a key role in a high-impact data project while representing Ten10 at the heart of innovation and insight. If you're looking for your next contract opportunity and want to be part of something meaningful - we'd love to hear from you.
