Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Referee to officiate games and ensure fair play within our sporting events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the rules and regulations of the sport, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure. This role is essential in promoting sportsmanship and ensuring a safe environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

Officiate games by enforcing the rules and regulations of the sport. Make quick and accurate decisions regarding fouls, penalties, and other game-related incidents. Maintain control of the game by managing player behaviour and addressing any disputes or conflicts. Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators to clarify decisions and maintain transparency. Keep track of game time, score, and any relevant statistics as required. Attend pre-game briefings to understand specific expectations for each match. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on rule changes and improve officiating skills.

Strong knowledge of the sport's rules and regulations. Excellent communication skills to convey decisions clearly and effectively. Pay: 20.00 per hour
