As a Referral Advisor at Yorkshire Dental Suite, you'll play a key part in growing our patient community. Your main responsibility is to call existing patients and encourage them to refer friends, family, and colleagues to our award-winning practice.
Key Responsibilities
Engage existing patients by phone to generate referrals. Build strong rapport and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Clearly explain referral incentives and benefits. Track and update referral activity in the CRM. Achieve monthly referral and conversion targets.
Skills & Experience
Confident, friendly communicator.
Sales or phone-based experience preferred.
Motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working to commission. Strong organisation and attention to detail.Benefits
