Are you a confident, curious, and creative professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Milestones Trust is seeking a Referral and Assessment Manager to play a key role in matching individuals with our services and identifying opportunities for future growth.

As the first point of contact for local authority brokers, social workers, self-referrers, and families, you'll be instrumental in shaping the journey of those seeking support. You will need to be an effective communicator and have access to your own vehicle to travel between services.

This dynamic role involves:

Identifying suitable referrals and offering tailored solutions Gathering background information and arranging service visits Supporting managers with assessments Collaborating with our Finance team to agree fees with funders

Key Skills & Attributes:

Professional, diligent, and confident Curious, helpful, and creative Strong IT and analytical skills Numerically proficient Able to manage workload and time independently Car owner/driver essential
