About Talk Works
Talk Works began in 2014 with a simple but powerful goal: to make high-quality mental health support accessible to everyone who needs it. Founded by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Jennifer Cottam, our mission has always been to empower individuals and organisations to thrive through care, compassion, and evidence based solutions.
We offer a range of services designed to meet diverse mental health support needs. Whether it's rapid access to talking therapies both online and in-person or tailored training for workplaces, our goal remains the same: to help people feel better and do better, one step at a time.
