Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Referrer Relationship Lead is responsible for developing great relationships with all optical partners, and driving ophthalmology referrals into the service. This is a blended role, and it is expected that 3-4 days per week will be field-based travelling throughout Northamptonshire, South Leicestershire and Milton Keynes areas, with the remaining time spent within the service, planning, analysing data, building effective referrer engagement plans and tracking overall referrer performance. You will be promoting Newmedica Northampton's services, patient choice, as well as be an ambassador for our behaviours and vision within the community.
What skills and experience do I need?

• Full UK driving license

• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Personable approach to face to face engagement
• Ability to motivate, challenge and engage individuals and teams
• Strong verbal and written communicator, who is able to build strong trusting relationships internally and externally
• Strong organisational skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast moving, results orientated organisation independently
• Can analyse data identifying areas of strength and opportunity
• Able to effectively prioritise and execute things in a timely way and to deadlines
• Computer literate (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Presenting to small and larger groups
• Facilitating meetings
• Action planning
• Organisation and planning events
