We have an exciting opportunity for up to three Reformer Pilates instructors to grow and expand the body image brand.

We are a very well established pole and aerial arts studio and have been trading for over 16 years. We have a very well established client base and a beautiful new reformer Pilates studio ready to reach its full potential.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about fitness and have a strong desire to educate others on the benefits of Reformer Pilates. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engaging classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment, and providing personalised guidance to participants.

Duties

Conduct Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups, adapting sessions to meet varying skill levels and fitness goals. Educate clients on proper techniques, body alignment, and the benefits of Pilates exercises. Monitor participants during classes to ensure safety and provide modifications as needed. Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Develop class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises to keep sessions fresh and engaging. Build rapport with clients, encouraging their progress and motivating them to achieve their fitness objectives. Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness coaching to enhance class offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, particularly in Pilates or similar disciplines. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics related to movement and exercise. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire clients effectively. A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Certification in Pilates instruction is preferred but not mandatory; relevant qualifications will be considered. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by class schedules.
