Salary: 38,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience) + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits

As we continue to grow across South Wales and the South West, we're looking for a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Role

You'll carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and installation across a wide range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment -- from cold rooms and display cabinets to split systems and VRV/VRF units.

You'll be trusted to work independently, but supported by a strong technical and operations team that values collaboration and professionalism.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Reactive maintenance and fault finding on commercial refrigeration and AC systems Routine PPM servicing across retail, hospitality, and commercial sites Installation and commissioning of new systems Ensuring all work is completed safely and to high standards Completing digital job reports and communicating effectively with the office team
What You'll Need

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent) F-Gas Category 1 (essential) Strong background in commercial refrigeration and/or air conditioning service & maintenance Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive, "can-do" attitude and pride in your workmanship
