About the Role

We're after an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to cover a field-based role in the Aberdeen area. You'll report to our National Service Manager and be the go-to person for client callouts--handling breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance. It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety and independence, perfect for someone who knows their stuff and takes pride in doing a job well.

What You'll Be Doing

Attending refrigeration breakdowns and carrying out top-notch repairs Performing regular maintenance checks across client sites Keeping everything safe, compliant, and up to standard Taking part in our standby rota (usually 1 week in 4) Supporting the team on two-person jobs when needed Keeping up to date with client systems and new tech Managing your own workload and planning your day effectively Flagging any training or tools you might need to keep improving

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in refrigeration, especially supermarket systems F-Gas certified CO2 experience CSCS card in hand Confident working with hydrocarbons Full UK driving licence Good knowledge of health & safety practices Flexible and happy to work outside the usual hours when needed A good communicator and natural problem-solver who gets things done
