Overview

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Refrigeration Cater Equipment .

The Refrigeration Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of kitchen assets across various commercial kitchens.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration equipment, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime. Interpret technical schematics and diagrams to facilitate repairs and installations. Conduct regular maintenance checks on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with construction teams to integrate refrigeration solutions into new builds or renovations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Experience

Proven experience in refrigeration engineering with a focus on refrigeration catering equipment. Proficiency in equipment repair, maintenance practices, and construction processes related to refrigeration installations. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations within the industry is essential.
