The Role: Refrigeration Engineer

We're currently seeking a fully qualified

Refrigeration Engineer

to join our mobile team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems across a variety of commercial and light commercial sites. It's a hands-on, field-based position ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Coverage Area:

London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and emergency callouts. Install and commission refrigeration systems in commercial settings. Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out repairs to a high standard. Adhere to F-Gas regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices. Accurately complete reports and service records using mobile technology and the Cafty system. Travel between client sites as part of a mobile service team.

What We're Looking For

Fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with current industry certifications.

F-Gas certified.

City & Guilds 2079 Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred). Solid hands-on experience working with commercial refrigeration systems (3-year apprenticeship advantageous). Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Full UK driving licence and comfortable with regular travel. Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to great customer service.
