It will ensure we can deliver every aspect of Mechanical & Electrical installations with fully qualified and trained team members. This advertised career opportunity is the start of the process we are aiming towards in bringing all aspects of M&E installation work that we currently have on site and the many opportunities for new clients that we are working with at present to add to our portfolio to provide the best service available.
This will help us provide from design through to completion a complete in-house M&E package.

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled qualified, refrigeration Engineers.

The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation & commissioning of AC & refrigeration systems. This role requires proactive individuals who have leadership qualities to lead a small team on site to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly & on-program.

Duties

:

Installation of AC & refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems, providing effective solutions for repairs. Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts. Collaborate with construction teams to integrate refrigeration systems into new builds or renovations. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any issues encountered. Provide leadership to other staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.

Experience

:

Proven experience in refrigeration engineering or a related field is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment installation repair and maintenance. Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components. Experience in reading schematics and technical drawings is required. Previous leadership experience or the ability to mentor others will be advantageous. A background in construction may also be beneficial for this role. City & Guilds or equivalent F- gas certification CSCS card (or relevant qualifications to apply) Full Driving license experienced with working on construction sites Be available to work away Monday - Friday as required
