Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Refrigeration Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems used in custom wine cellars. This role will require working both on-site and occasionally at client locations across the UK and potentially abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and commission bespoke refrigeration systems tailored for premium wine cellars and fridges. Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and repair of refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with specifications. Identify and resolve system faults efficiently to minimise downtime and maintain system integrity. Ensure all installations comply with current industry regulations and internal quality standards. Provide professional and courteous service during site visits, explaining system operations or recommendations to clients when necessary. Travel to project sites in the UK and internationally, representing the company with professionalism and expertise. Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures while handling refrigeration equipment and chemicals.

Skills & Experience Required:

Relevant Refrigeration Qualifications (Level 2 and above preferred) Experience in refrigeration installations and servicing (2+ years preferred) Full Valid Driving Licence (Required) Excellent communication and problem-solving. CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) (Preferred) F-Gas certification and relevant HVAC/R qualifications (Required) Willingness to travel, including occasional overseas work
