Refrigeration Engineer (shipping Containers)
Job Description
Eldapoint Ltd are the UK's premier shipping container storage and repair facility, including refrigeration containers. We have sites in Scotland - Liverpool - Felixstowe. We are looking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer at our site in Grangemouth, Scotland.
The purpose of the role is to maintain, service, estimate, fact find, and repair refrigerated shipping containers, you will be working as part of a 2 man team to keep up with the daily requirements. The role includes both in depot and off site working, delivering a high level of repair work including:
1) Fault finding
2) Carry out P.T.I. inspections
3) Temperature setting
4) Monitoring
5) Compressor changes
6) Part changes
7) Electrical fault finding
8) breakdowns
The ideal candidate must have:
1) Full driving licence
2) F-Gas qualification
3) Good attention to detail
4) Good communication skills
5) Mechanical aptitude and good engineering skills
6) Experience of the refrigeration industry
