Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our ever expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of all types refrigeration systems within the commercial sector. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate. Fully stocked company van with private use available, Specialist tools provided, phone, company credit card, and uniform supplied. Areas covered are the North West of England and North Wales. Responsibilities

Installs and reactive repairs to refrigeration systems to a high standard. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance. Good time keeping and attitude with clients. Dealing with clients. Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately for record-keeping purposes. On call rota with on call fee on top of wages and over time available paid door to door @ time and half and double time.

Experience

Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer or in a similar role within the trade. Must have C&G 2079 Fgas Category 1 and Hydrocarbon qualification or equivalent Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their components is essential. Experience reading schematics and technical drawings to facilitate troubleshooting. Good experience of refrigeration electrical systems also beneficial. Demonstrate can do attitude.
