Role:

REFURBISHMENT BUILDER (multi-trade)

Responsibilities include:

Working within our fun small team of multi-trade professionals executing High-End extensions and renovation projects on private residencies. Being able to work as a team player, problem-solve and find solutions as well as manage customer expectations (under promise/over deliver) plus be able to think/organise ahead what materials/special-order items/skips will be needed on-site well in advance, help keep the site tidy, safe and organised.

Requirements:

Ability & experience to build extensions from the ground up CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE / SKILLS IN GROUNDWORKS, BRICKLAYING, CARPENTRY, ROOFING, WINDOW FITTING, BASIC PLUMBING, PLASTER-BOARDING, PLASTERING, TILING, ETC 10+ years of previous building experience Able to read plans Driving licence Own van and own tools Self-employed (UTR & NI Numbers along with bank account available) Able to liaise with customers and their expectations Employ a can-do attitude, a sense of humour & enjoy your work Punctuality and good communication Take responsibility & be organised, tidy Work well within the team Fast learner and be willing to gain new skills

LOCATION:

BUNGAY, SUFFOLK, (30-MILE RADIUS)

AVAILABLE TO START:

ASAP... TBC

WORKING HOURS:

(ON-SITE 8:00AM - 4:00 PM / MONDAY - FRIDAY

DURATION:

2 WEEK PROBATION THEN PERMANENT POSITION

WORKS:

WE COVER A BROAD AREA OF SERVICES SUCH AS GROUNDWORKS, BRICKLAYING, CARPENTRY, ROOFING, WINDOW FITTING, BASIC PLUMBING, PLASTER-BOARDING, PLASTERING, TILING, ETC (CANDIDATES MUST BE HAVE ALL OF THESE SKILLS)
