Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Refurbishment & Fitout Project Manager to join the Project Division of the business to Project Manager multiple Value Projects across our client base. Values of projects vary from 10k - 150k. We are based in Bristol, but projects are in various locations across the country.

We have an immediate start for the right candidate - and seeking a strong, skilled motivated person to join the team.

ASTERIX will contribute to Mileage and Car Allowance - based a weekly site visit to all Projects. This role will require the weekly site visits, and other days require work to be completed in the Asterix Head Office (Bristol)

Duties

Customer facing - on a daily basis communication and build strong relationships with the client, to work inline with our company process and policies. Creating Project Programmes & Managing Scope / Costs Material - Ordering / Planning Sourcing Sub-Contractors (Cost, Plan and Instruct) Managing Project Costs to Agreed Budgets Managing Direct Team - Engineers & Site Supervisors Weekly Updates to Programme - disrupted to client & management team

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the fitout, refurb / construction industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising staff and managing team dynamics is essential.
