What You'll Do:

• Safely Operate a Class 2 Refuse Collection Vehicle: Drive responsibly around local routes, ensuring the safety of pedestrians, other vehicles, and your team.
• Team Collaboration with Loaders: Work closely with the loading team to ensure timely and efficient collection.
• Assist with Loading When Necessary: Occasionally lend a hand with loading tasks, fostering teamwork and ensuring all refuse is collected efficiently.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

What You'll Need:

• Conduct Vehicle Checks and Keep Paperwork Up to Date:
• Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures:
• Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Card
• Good Attitude and Team Spirit:
• Safety Boots and Hi-Vis:
• Licence with No More Than 6 Points

Hours and Pay:

• Start between 06:45 and 07:00 for a structured work schedule.
• Competitive Pay:
• 20.00 per hour, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role.
