Regional Account Executive

New Chapter Consulting have joined one of the biggest brands in the global drinks industry in the search for a Regional Account Executive. They\xe2\x80\x99ve grown 20% in the last year due to their effective marketing strategies and their culture is second to none. They\xe2\x80\x99re passionate, non corporate and it\xe2\x80\x99s an extremely sociable environment. They\xe2\x80\x99re now looking for a Regional Account Executive to join their team!

As a Regional Account Executive you will be responsible for driving availability & secondary placements of the brand, building and developing internal/external relationships, executing instore sales drivers and acting as an expert within the Soft Drinks category.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for 20 Regional Grocery Groups with influence over 500 Stores with major retailers.
  • Prioritise and manage coverage of your key accounts and stores to maximise growth opportunities within your territory.
  • Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders both internal/external.
  • Work closely with field sales agency sales representatives to align store priorities to support your Regional Agreements.
  • Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance & targets for all groups & stores.
  • Maintain and increase availability of brand at both Front-of-Store (Chilled) and Back of Store (Ambient) and agree additional placements of the product in store, through either store owned or branded fridges
  • Ensure effective roll out of New Distribution Points (NDP) in line with National Agreements.
  • Increase in-store presence through visibility and awareness of the product through merchandising product on shelf, in fridges and around the store
  • Drive compliance of agreed National Head Office Joint Business Plans whilst also identifying local promotional opportunities.
  • Execute relevant Point of Sale (POS) and bespoke activations reflecting relevant brand campaigns.
Essentials
  • Proven sales skills
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of Grocery channel and major retailers
  • Great track record of achieving targets
  • Be able to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers.
  • Strong ability to utilise and understand category and financial insights
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Drinks: Scotland \xe2\x80\x93 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Field based \xe2\x80\x93 Scotland

Salary: \xc2\xa3Excellent remuneration + 20% bonus + Company Car

PR/ML

The territory covers North West England and you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to live within, or be willing to relocate to this area. You\'ll need a UK manual driving licence to be eligible.
