We are seeking an experience, dynamic Regional Account Manager to join our WEX Trade team and look after key accounts in the Midlands area.

On offer is a competitive base salary of 39,000 with a total earning opportunity of 58,500. WEX Trade is experiencing tremendous growth. This is the a great time to join an expanding team!

Job purpose



The role of Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts in the Midlands region including kitchen studios, showrooms, large scale fitters and contractors. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently meeting sales targets. Alongside this, the Regional Account Manager will also create and implement sales strategies for their region, conduct market research and prepare sales reports.

Key responsibilities



Create regional sales plans that align with the business objectives Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs and report on success Develop new business by identify and attract prospective customers by using reports that are readily available Continue to manage existing customer base to ensure positive retention rate Input data into the company CRM system ensuring this is maintained and updated regularly Support with market and sales research by keeping customer accounts up to date, building out opportunities pipelines and reporting on market trends Work closely with the customer service and marketing team to ensure events and campaigns are followed up with in a timely approach Participate in industry conferences and trade shows as required

Key skills and attributes



Proven experience as a Regional Account Manager Experience with using a CRM system Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and integrate as part of a remote team
