WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Are you a dynamic and versatile Regional Sales Account Manager with the proven ability to nurture strong relationships and influence positive outcomes?
As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone. This field-based role is all about having meaningful interactions with some of our larger key customers, typically with longer sales cycles due to their size and complexity, and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.
You don't need experience in the construction industry to apply for this role. We're looking for someone who is a great fit for Hilti (collaborative, curious, driven, and passionate about delivering results and great customer experiences) and our training will cover the rest!

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
You will autonomously drive sales in your designated region, working with clients specialising in the mechanical construction space, meeting your customers across utilities and HVAC. This will involve you spending 3-4 day per week on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, both on-site and in their boardrooms to understand their needs, before providing them with tailor-made solutions.
As well as selling value and demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software, you will take the time and care to network and build relationships with key decision makers and uncover new business leads across your group of focus customers, to maximise long term account development.
You will be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic account management of your sales area, fully utilising the best-in-class Salesforce CRM system.
Please note: This role will involve daily regional travel and national travel where required.
