And if you bring finance knowledge and contract management experience to the table, even better-we value a strong commercial mindset.About the role (External)About the team...Property is at the heart of delivery Network Rail's ambitions for the railway: "to provide a safe, reliable and efficient railway fit for the 21st century" with our portfolio covering project support, workspaces, town planning, land strategy, and driving commercial income from retail, business space and developments in conjunction with commercial partnersThe National Contracts team manages a portfolio of commercial contracts across Network Rail Property such as advertising, car parks, left luggage, vending, ATMs and other ancillary revenue generating contracts.What does the average day look like?You'll work with regional teams, suppliers, concession partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth across National Contracts. Your day could include developing income strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, analysing supplier performance, and producing key reports that shape business decisions.You'll handle contract negotiations, support new investment projects, and help deliver passenger-focused improvements. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving are part of your daily toolkit, as is spotting opportunities to boost income and efficiency.
