Job Description


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Administrator to join our team based in Central Anglia.

This would be a great opportunity to not only gain some key experience, but also develop a variety of both administrative and management skills. As a Regional Administrator you will be responsible for the line management of our Area Administrators.

Whilst working from home or one of our offices, you will provide a wide range of administration support to the Regional, Area & Service based Management teams which will include:

  • Letter and report writing
  • Minute taking
  • Arranging meetings, travel and accommodation
  • Diary management
  • Collation of statistics and data entry
  • Emails
As a self-motivated and competent administrator, you will have proven experience of working in a similar/related role. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be proficient using MS Office products. The ability to manage and prioritise workloads whilst working alone, maintain accuracy, have proven computer & problem-solving skills and attention to detail whilst working at speed to meet deadlines is vital.
