The role:
The role is to sell mesoestetic's large aesthetic retail and professional product portfolio to customers on their territory, and train them the use of the products so that they can be used safely and effectively.
You will be required to build strong and lasting relationships with customers and segment your customer database effectively.
This is a field-based role involving regular travel to clients' clinics throughout the South West of England. Travel, including overnight visits to mesoestetic UK's head office in Cheshire, and other locations such as the manufacturing facilities in Barcelona will be required from time to time.
The mesoestetic aesthetic portfolio is large and is constantly evolving, so the role requires someone who can adapt to change and be able to communicate and sell effectively new and existing products to medical and aesthetic practitioners.
You will be responsible for organising promotional and training events locally.
The role will also involve promoting and cross-selling other products from the company such as capital equipment and injectables. This will involve teamwork and communication with members of the specialist sales teams.
You will be responsible for opening new accounts in line with the company policy and you will be fully accountable for exceeding the sales targets and KPI's on your territory and contributing to the national company targets.

Essentials:
Recognised qualifications and extensive experience in aesthetic treatments (must be minimum of NVQ level 3)
Experience of training other clinicians
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint
A valid driving license, as travelling is required
This is a full-time role with occasional trade shows and international travel which will involve limited weekend work. Knowledge of Microsoft office software and impeccable customer service skills with a confident, engaging telephone manner are crucial. This role is home based but will involve regular travel to clients, HQ and beyond.
The ability to be efficient, organised, smart and build rapport with our customers to offer the kind of high quality one on one support we are keen for our clients to experience is required.
A confident up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic / medical industry as well as having an interest in all available brands, treatments and innovations is essential.
