As the

Regional Care and Clinical Training Partner

, you will spearhead all clinical training initiatives within our homes, including the delivery and coordination of training. This role involves supporting and enhancing the skills of Care Managers to identify training needs within their teams and developing associated action plans.

Key Responsibilities:



Training Development and Delivery

: Develop and implement all training initiatives specific to care and clinical teams. Ensure all new care and clinical staff receive comprehensive induction and continuous training, meeting all mandatory and legislative requirements.

Support and Upskill

: Assist Care Managers in identifying training needs and formulating action plans to address these needs.

Collaboration

: Work with the Learning and Development team on care/clinical team member development programmes, including the Nurse Associate/Degree apprenticeship programme.

Clinical Training

: Deliver internal clinical training as required.

What we're looking for

A full driving licence is essential as it is a requirement to travel across our home portfolio as part of this role.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:



Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. Experience in delivering and developing training sessions Conducting training needs analysis Coaching and mentoring Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
