Integration Regional Clinical Care Specialist (12-month FTC and maybe extendable)



England - Reporting to Integration Manager

This role is to lead the clinical aspects of the safe, timely, and cost-effective integration of newly acquired care homes into the Hallmark Luxury Care Homes Group. This includes embedding Hallmark's systems, governance structures, and relationship-centred culture.


Working collaboratively with key roles and teams within each home, the Regional Care Specialist will support the transition to "business as usual" by aligning practices and processes to Hallmark's standards, while ensuring resident wellbeing and compliance with all regulatory requirements.


About you


Registered with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Nursing or Clinical Degree Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Leadership and Management (or currently working towards) Eligibility to register with the CQC Minimum of 3 years in a senior clinical or care leadership role within a care home environment Leading, coordinating, and managing clinical audits and implementing improvement plans Influencing and negotiating effectively with a variety of stakeholders Leading, empowering, and motivating teams, including without direct line management responsibility Delivering consistently high standards of relationship-centred care Ability to travel and stay in one location for a period of time
Skills and Knowledge:

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong IT proficiency, including experience with electronic medication systems and digital care planning tools Advanced written communication skills, particularly in investigation and report writing
