Regional Clinics Manager
Job Description
Ultrasound Direct are a national private medical ultrasound group and are looking to employ a Regional Clinics Manager on a full time (employment contract) basis, working in a Management capacity to ensure that the Ultrasound Clinics in the region operate effectively and efficiently. The role involves managing Administrative and Clinic Assistant staff, overseeing the day-to-day business activities, liaising with the business Directors and company staff to ensure the successful operation of all regional clinics for the provision of our services and compliance with our regulator. The role involves working from home with periodic travel to our clinics in the South Coast region between Chichester and Plymouth, to fulfil the Responsibilities of the role.
Please note:
the business operates 7 days a week and you will reasonably be required to share the management support for the business on a rotation basis, which will require occasional management support on weekends, bank holidays and evenings between 17:30 pm and 21:00 pm and during other business manager's annual leave.Management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting is essential for the role. No prior medical knowledge is required but being phlebotomy trained or willing to be phlebotomy trained in order to take blood samples is also essential and a requirement for the position.
Rate of pay is 36K per annum plus 35 days (paid) annual leave, sick pay and pension. You need to be reliable, trustworthy, have good interpersonal skills, be organised and know how to operate general office systems. Eligibility to work in the UK is required and DBS (CRB) checks will be undertaken to comply with regulations.
