The Role



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Regional Operations Manager

to join our management team.

Based at our

Leeds Head Office

, this role involves

regular travel across your set region of Genix Healthcare practices

. You'll be responsible for leading multiple sites, supporting Practice Managers and clinicians, and driving both clinical and commercial success.

You'll report directly to the

Head

of Operations

, playing a key part in shaping strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and embedding a culture of accountability and engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dental practices Support and coach Practice Managers to achieve NHS and private targets Build strong working relationships with clinicians, practice teams, and support departments Ensure compliance with CQC, NHS, and internal governance frameworks Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and best practice across all sites Lead performance reviews, audits, and action planning for continuous improvement Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth, effective service delivery Manage budgets, resources, and performance data to meet strategic KPIs Champion staff engagement, retention, and professional development Contribute to long-term strategic planning and the implementation of new business initiatives Lead the operational setup and integration of new acquisitions and tenders in your region, ensuring seamless transition, compliance, and alignment with company standards

About You



Proven experience in multi-site management within dental or healthcare sectors Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Strong understanding of NHS dental contracts, compliance, and performance management Commercially aware with the ability to balance patient care and business objectives A collaborative, people-first leader who motivates and empowers teams Highly organised, analytical, and adaptable to changing priorities Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across all sites
