Regional Director / North West / Up to 80,000 + Car Allowance
Job Details:
Regional Director - Education & Care
Joining a national organisation that specialises in social care
Lead a group of schools and colleges across the North West region
Covering sites in Liverpool, Lancaster and satellite sites in Blackpool, Ulverston and Carlisle
Line Managing 1 Head Teacher and 1 Principal
Answering into the Divisional Director
Liverpool service is a preschool and primary education provision, supporting children with ASD
Lancaster service and satellite services support young people 16+ with SEMH, LD and Physical disabilities
All services are OFSTED-regulated
As the Regional Director, you will ensure all services meet company and OFSTED standards
Location to be work dependent, with working from home and office space flexibility
Contract Details:
Full-time, permanent contract
40 hours per week
Up to 80,000
+ Car Allowance
Requirements Details:
Qualified Teacher
Experience as a Head Teacher / Principal
Experience working with ASD, SEMH and LD
Experience developing and opening services is desirable
