The Opportunity: Regional Engineering Leadership
We're searching for an experienced and motivated
Regional Engineering Manager
to take the lead on operational performance, team management, and service excellence across a designated region.
You'll be the engine behind engineer delivery - ensuring the right people, in the right place, with the right support - to hit business goals and exceed service-level expectations.
This role blends technical knowledge, people leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful results across the region and beyond.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing a team of Field Service Engineers and Supervisors to meet SLAs
Ensuring staffing levels meet operational demand
Driving KPI performance and resource efficiency
Acting as a technical escalation point and thought leader
Supporting innovation through prototype testing and repair process design
Leading HR duties: recruitment, performance management, and development
Collaborating across departments to improve service delivery and regional interests
Supporting national operations and projects where required
Championing best practices and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in
fault-finding and hardware repair
of ATM systems
Leadership experience managing
technical field teams
Strong
budget management
and resource planning skills
A coaching, motivational management style
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Logical thinker with a drive for operational excellence
Willingness to travel across the region and occasionally nationally
