I've partnered with an innovative investor and developer with a dynamic and growing portfolio of commercial assets across Cambridge, including retail spaces, industrial units, and office buildings.
They're now seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to take the lead across 18 sites, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across a diverse range of properties.
As Facilities Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across a varied commercial portfolio. You'll work closely with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards across all locations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead facilities operations across multiple commercial properties including retail, industrial, and office sites
  • Manage planned maintenance schedules and reactive repairs with minimal disruption to tenants and operations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate health and safety audits
  • Oversee contractor relationships, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with property managers and tenants to support a positive experience across all assets
  • Monitor budgets and control costs related to building operations and maintenance
Your Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management within commercial real estate (retail, industrial, office)
  • Strong knowledge of building compliance, health and safety regulations, and operational best practices
  • IOSH (Essential) NEBOSH (Desirable)
  • IWFM Membership (Institute of Facilities Management)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
  • Confident in contractor management and vendor negotiations
  • Familiarity with CAFM or similar systems for compliance and reporting
  • Drivers License (Essential)
