REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGER to join our team
MUST HAVE HOTEL FINANCE EXPERIENCE
To enable us to continue to grow and develop our business we are recruiting for this senior position within our finance team.
This role would appeal to an experienced multi -site manager in the Finance HOTEL environment, who want to mould and shape the future strategy and direction of this ever expanding business.

REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGER
As Regional Financial Manager, you will have responsibility for the following areas:
Leadership of finance function across the region
Cash Flow Forecasting to owners and key stakeholders
Ensure best practice accounting across the estate and that the highest internal control standards are adhered to
Work with the Group Finance, Operations and IT teams to review, conclude on and implement system improvements to improve reporting accuracy speed and overall control
Cost management
This role will partner strongly with the Operations team in the locations as well as the wider Head Office Operations team particularly around cost management - and ensuring the hotels track or exceed budget expectation - and driving value across the portfolio
Reporting/budgeting
Work with the Group Finance team to improve the quality of reporting in respect of the monthly management accounts, particularly around explaining deviations from budget KPIs, particularly cost KPIs
Oversee the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for all properties in the region
Production of other ad-hoc other recurring reports
The ideal candidate
must have
significant knowledge of and be able to
Hotels & Events Business
Produce Accounts to draft Statutory level
Reconcile and produce VAT Returns
Liaise with external Auditors and other parties as required
Use Excel to a high degree
Use Sage & Xero to a high degree
