Want to work full-time in football coaching?

We've got a rare opportunity for someone passionate about football and working with children to deliver and manage their own Brazilian-style football classes in their local area.

As a Regional Manager, you'll be delivering and managing weekly football classes in your local area for children aged 4-12. You'll be in charge of running your sessions, growing your numbers, bringing in the right coaches, and ensuring every class reflects the quality of our brand.

We'll provide you with all the training, tools, and ongoing support you need to build a strong programme in your region -- including approved session plans, operational systems, and marketing materials. You'll also receive support with recruiting players into your classes, so you're never alone.

We are Samba Soccer Schools - a premium Brazilian Soccer School for kids aged 4-12. Our sessions focus on ball mastery, 1v1 skills, rhythm, and creativity - helping young players build confidence and flair, the Brazilian way.

We've helped thousands of children across the UK fall in love with football, and we're now expanding into new areas with motivated, capable individuals.

We're Looking For:

FA Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent) coaching qualification A strong track record of coaching children aged 4-12 Great communication and people skills The ability to manage coaches and lead a team Self-motivation and an ambition to grow something of your own

Delivering and managing weekly Samba Soccer Schools classes Hiring and overseeing coaches Communicating with parents and ensuring a great customer experience Managing bookings and attendance using our system Following our proven playbook and high standards Growing your classes with the support of our national brand
