Optegra has an exciting new job opportunity for an experienced Regional Hospital Manager to join our amazing and dedicated regional team.

This role covers 3 hospitals across the region - Manchester, Preston, and Sheffield and requires regular travel between sites.

The Role




The purpose of the role is to ensure maximum operational efficiency in all aspects of the within the hospital sites. The job holder will be expected to provide strategic leadership to the hospital teams to ensure both sites have an effective and achievable business plan that will achieve and deliver our EBITDA targets.


Provide leadership and day to day running of the hospitals to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient management of our patient pathways.


The post holder will provide excellent care to all patients, with specific responsibility for ensuring adherence with departmental policies, practice standards, regulation and governance to provide high quality, cost effective care that puts the patient first at all times.


What You'll Need




Evidence of stakeholder management at different levels within a business

Financial & commercial awareness is essential

Experience of a leadership position

Experience of KPI based management
